Frequently asked questions

Are passengers safe for general use?

Yes. As of this FAQ’s publish date there have been no reported deaths or serious injuries from this activity*.

The sport can be enjoyed by most individuals between the ages of 12 and 60. You are quite secure inside the inner cockpit because the impact from bouncing is absorbed by the larger, air-cushioned outer skin. As the ball rolls, the build up of centrifugal force keeps the passenger pressed hard against the inner plastic wall, so it’s easy to feel a sense of weightlessness.

Are Hyper Core and Hydro Core balls the same as Zorb ® balls?

No, but they are very similar.

Will there be a discounted rate if I purchase multiple units at a time?

Yes, we offer discounts, free logo branding and reduced shipping rates on multiple purchases. Please use the contact us with your requirements.

Yes. Every Hyper Core and Hydro Core Ball comes with a limited warranty that covers any structural or mechanical defects within three months after the purchase. Each internal string tie can take about 20kg.

Each internal harness can support around 200kg; however, we recommend that passengers weigh no more than 101kg (approximately 16 stone)

Are the balls available in different sizes?

Yes. The standard ball diameter is 2.8m. We can create balls ranging from 2.6m - 3.8m What are the minimum and maximum temperatures for use? The minimum temperature is -40c and the maximum temperature is 60c
