We use TNT UK and TNT international and aim to deliver your order within three weeks. All items are dispatched with full insurance.

Tracking your order
Online tracking is available for orders shipped
by Parcel Force. After we ship your order, the tracking number willemailed
to you with a link to the Parcel Forece website.
Please note that it may take 1-2 days before online
tracking becomes available. Until then, the following message may
appear, but please disregard it and try again later: "The item
number was not found. Please check the item number once again."
Once your package reaches your country, you will also
be able to track it at the post office/courier in your country.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are considered importers
and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which
the orders are received. You may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which may be levied once the package reaches your country. If that
happens, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by
you. We cannot predict or control what these charges may be, as they
vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs
office for further information. Also, we are required to show the accurate
value of the items directly on the package.
Clearance Fee
In some countries, couriers may charge clearance fees independently from the
customs duty for processing the packages through the customs. For more information
on what these fees might be, please contact the post office of the country in
which you are receiving your order.
In many cases, any additional charges are collected at the time of delivery,
but depending on how it is handled in your area, you may need to visit your depot/post
office.
